Donkey Kon Country Returns: I didn't like how it don't have any other kongs like candy, funkey, dixie, the tikis sucked and the graphics suck Donkey kong jungle beat looks way better then this game.
[/div]
Funny, DKCR is my all time favourite game.
Kirby's Epic Yarn: Felt too childish and unlike Kirby.
Super Mario Galaxy 2: It felt too much of a SMG expansion pack rather than it's own title.
But the biggest disappointment was Epic Mickey
I followed this game for months, I got the collectors edition, I was told there would be many endings to the game, and have many forgetable disney characters from Disney's vault, instead I got a game that felt unfinished and maybe a little rushed, In certain moments presentation wasn't any of them however.
TMNT Smash Up, Xenoblade...might be missing some but I don't think I have been disappointed much. Also I mostly bought first party games. Chocobo gave me some damn good recommendations though.
Sonic and the Secret Rings - Terrible gameplay mechanics and sloppy motion controls ruined this early attempt at a Wii Sonic game.
Sonic 4: Episode 1 - A decent try at a retro revival, but Sonic accelerates way too slowly for this kind of fast-paced platforming.
Sonic Colors - I've never understood the love for this one. Terrible level design with an insane amount of bottomless pits, sloppy platforming physics, incredibly bad dialogue (even for a Sonic game), and uncreative bosses made this one no better than Sonic Heroes. On the flip side, I find Sonic Unleashed to be pretty good with excellent daytime levels and decent Werehog levels.
TMNT: Smash-Up - The gameplay is pretty good but not as polished as Smash Bros., while the rest of the game is just a mockery of my childhood Saturday mornings spent watching the original TMNT cartoon. At least Michael Bay is now making sure that this is only the 2nd biggest mockery of the Ninja Turtles franchise.
Kirby's Epic Yarn - While the visual flair can't be denied, the gameplay is flat-out boring with hardly any challenge (even for a Kirby game) and hardly any incentive to collect the beads, medals, or other collectables. Return to Dreamland thankfully salvaged Kirby's Wii reputation.
Super Mario Galaxy - What the heck is wrong with the camera? I continually have to stop and try to manually adjust the thing, because I can no longer see directly ahead of me or I'm walking upside-down. Keep the thing automatically positioned over Mario's shoulder like a good 3D platformer camera.
The Conduit - This was a decent but inexperienced attempt at a Wii exclusive FPS. Conduit 2 went on to fix most of the flaws, particularily in online multiplayer, but it was unfortunately ignored by too many players who were turned off by the first game.
Mario Kart Wii - Other than the expected bump in graphics and the admittedly excellent addition of real online play, this entry is surpassed by GameCube's Double Dash entry in every way. Double Dash has a better playable characters (who cares about more playable characters when you're using so many dumb "baby" and "dry" characters?), better tracks, better power-ups, specific character powers, Grand Prix multiplayer, the All-Cup Tour, and a neat 2 player kart mechanic. MK Wii then just adds the lame bikes, the trick ramps that don't add much to the racing experience and sometimes even get in the way, and undersensitive motion controls that put you at a big disadvantage against GameCube controller users. Finally, MK Wii's Battle Mode is absolutely horrible with stupid points-based timed team matches only on a terrible set of battlefields. Double Dash has an excellent selection of battlefields like Pipe Plaza, Luigi's Mansion, and Tilt-a-Kart, so of course MK Wii chooses the boring Cookie Land battlefield as it's Double Dash selection.
Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2 - The first game was a very good title that was made even better in the Wii version with an excellent use of motion controls. This sequel added the Jedi Mind Trick Power, lightsaber dismemberment, the ability to replay any level at any time, and was worse in every other possible way other than keeping the graphics the same. It limited lightsaber motions only to activate special combos, the excellent Force combo powers from the first game were removed, Force Lightning now requires tiring waggle, a new cinematic insta-kill power made combat too easy once unlocked, the bosses sucked, there are areas of frustrating level design, it's a LOT shorter, and the story is absolutely pathetic, especially the ending which leaves a lot of unanswered questioned that may never be answered in a third game after they screwed up so badly on this one. The first game even had a better Wii exclusive multiplayer mode.
However, this game's biggest sin is that it could've used Wii MotionPlus to become the Wii lightsaber game we've always wanted, but it didn't use MotionPlus at all. Yes, the dual lightsabers did present a problem, but this is the one biggest thing gamers have wanted since the Wii was announced and would've made so much money that LucasArts and the developers were all complete idiots not to just ignore a little canon and arm Starkiller with single MotionPlus controlled lightsaber in the Wii version of the game.
Ash: Professor Oak, how's your Bulbasaur?
Prof. Oak: Oh, it only hurts when I sit.
...
Prof. Oak: It's only Chansey if Krabby won't let go. Bye, now.
Ash: I don't think I'm going to call him anymore.
Conduit 2 -
Supposedly this was going to be a great online FPS for Wii. Unfortunately it was absolute crap, the offline was painful and ugly and the laggy, hacker filled online made it worse. Every new mechanic was executed poorly and I don't think I ever wanted to quit gaming more then when I sat down to play that garbage. That and I was being spoiled with Black Ops' amazing online.
Red Steel -
This is probably one of the worst, well knowned titles for the Wii. Nothing, nothing whatsoever about this game, is above average. The controls are ****ing annoying, the storyline is laughable, characters = bleh, graphics look like a crisp good PS2 game and the music is ****ing stupid. Every aspect of this game makes me want to punch blender.

I see someone gave up on it before the patches were released. You'll occansionally run into a laggy player, but it's not a big problem. For months, there were no hackers whatsoever, and while there are again some hackers, you don't run into them that often. The patches have also made the various weapons and perks very balanced and disconnections a lot rarer. I'm not sure what poorly executed new mechanics you're referring to, but the added sprint ability works well, the added perk system is excellent, and the new weapons and added secondary fire options are mostly fun additions that give this game the most creative and varied weapon suite I've ever seen in an FPS.

Some of the games people mentioned are so not disappointing to me.... especially SMG, KEY and DKCR ; 3 of the best games I have ever experienced. Sublime.
I was disappointed by Dead Space extraction and MH Tri to an extent. Any game that can't use the controller and uts strengths is a bit of a disappointement. I plan to play Xenoblade and I hope it remedies that.
The original Galaxy was a bit of a disappointment.
And so was the final boss of Skyward Sword.

No More Heroes:
Ah I still like this game, stylish, epic boss battles-
But to get to that boss you have to do the chores. Almost like mindless grinding.
Playing this game is like you get bored bored bored then excited, and then bored bored again.
Madworld
While I admire the ambitious direction the creators took, the actual gameplay is too repetitive. you'd better enjoy yourself watching someone playing the game, not yourself.
Samurai Showdown 4
Wh..why is the BLOOD white! (I'm in Europe, probably it was censored here back then?)
Cooking Mama
Control mess, but fortunately they've corrected it for the second one.
When it comes to precision platforming, which almost every level has, the fact that the speedy hedgehog controls like molasses, with the worst platforming physics I've ever encountered, it breaks the game fully for me. And I've played my share of crappy 2D iOS platformers. I can see what people like about the game... maybe they're less demanding when it comes to forgiving flaws or something. 4/10 for me.
Monster Hunter 3
It was my first and last MH game,it was horrible, slow and boring combat and i just felt like it dragged on for too long, never bothered to finish it,although the underwater battles were cool i guess.
Castlevania Judgement
I got really excited for this one, fighting games are my favorite genre, but they screwed up so much, the characters didn't look like themselves(what happened to Grant and Maria? somebody get them back to Death Note) and the characters were all really broken.
Mario & Sonic At The Olympic Games
Horrible mess, although the second game was so much better and one of my favorite sports games for sure.
Sonic and The Secret Rings,Sonic and The Black Knight,Sonic 4 Episode 1
Take everything that made Sonic fun bury it in the ground and you get these games, thankfully Unleashed and Colors were both really fun.
I thought Kirby's Epic Yarn and Return to Dreamland were fine as well, EXCEPT IN RTD YOU MOVED SOOOOOOO SLOW!
But it's okay. I forgive it.

[/div]
Which Kirby games has Kirby ever move natural fast
[/div]
In the GBA/DS games, he at least felt fast. In context to the other enemies you can dash past them quickly. In RTD, it seems that dashing only makes you slightly faster than enemies. I like rushing through Kirby stages the second time around, so I was annoyed by the slowness here.
Fragile Dreams - The story, characters and visual style hit just about every spot for me, but the actual "game" part of the experience seemed like it was actively trying to make me dislike it much of the time. Animal Crossing: City Folk - Really, this was just about the laziest thing I've ever seen Nintendo make - they just reinserted the holidays from the first game, added some more Nintendo items/clothing, moved most of the shops to the "new" City section and called it a day. Oh, and did you like having grass in your town? Too bad, it's all a dirt road now.
