Topic: Why are no dates up for upcoming...

I was looking at the upcoming wii ware games. Funny thing though. Pretty much none of them have a date up! Any place to get dates, and why is this?

Well, considering how Nintendo announces when WiiWare games are to be released (usually on the day of), you're kinda out of luck. Wikipedia sometimes lists dates for upcoming WiiWare titles, but those usually use a combination of blind guessing and making it up.

Yeah, what The Fox said. It's the same with Virtual Console and DSiWare. Basically, Nintendo of America thinks it's funny to watch us wait for Monday week after week, desperately hoping something GOOD will be released, but never knowing until the release itself.

Yep Nintendo are completely tight-lipped when it comes to Virtual Console, WiiWare, and DSiWare titles. Every so often a developer will get a heads up and pass it on to us, but that doesn't happen very often.

Because NOA is being secretive about everything,and doesn't wants to know until Monday. It makes me HAVE FURY!!

Yeah, NoJ seems to be the odd one out reporting their offerings days in advance (definitely makes it easier for me to figure out what I want to get!).

Maybe it's because NOJ is on the other side of the global dateline?

No, their stuff comes out on Tuesday, so putting out the release list on Friday seems to just be their special way. Thanks NoJ!
