Monster Hunter Tri looks so mouth-watering good... I want it so bad. I am a hardcore Metriod fan and love Mario, but I can honestly say I want Monster Hunter Tri the most BY FAR.
metroid. only recently have I discovered the greatness that is super metroid and now I am pumped for everything metroid. will soon buy trilogy and then other m ,too.
At the moment it's Galaxy 2 all the way. I am interested in Metroid but haven't played any of the other games before so don't know if that will impact. Do I need to know the background?
I've just preordered a mac so my funds are real low, so sadly I think I may be missing out on Monster Hunter and Sin and PUnishment...
Monster Hunter Tri and Sin & Punishment 2 are "buy-on-release" for me (yay, store credit!); I'm really uncertain about Metroid and inclined to pass on Galaxy.
Just picked up my MH3 bundle and reserved Mario Galaxy 2 and Metroid: Other M. It's going to be a fun few months.

I've had Monster Hunter, Mario Galaxy 2, Metroid Other M, & Zelda Wii all pre-ordered at GameStop; & before the start of 2010... along with Endless Ocean Blue World & Pokemon Heart Gold!
I already got Endless Ocean & Pokemon; & love them... (which I'm currently finishing already)!
I'm went to get Monster Hunter at GameStop but they were out of stock; so I'm waiting until Thursday April 23rd to see if they have some!
As for the big 3; I'm excited about all of them... so it's hard to pick just one! I've loved the origonal Super Mario Galaxy; so Galaxy 2 will be grand come in May! But the month of June will be epic for me; when Zelda Wii is FINALLy shown at E3... it's what I'm waiting for this entire year! And I recently got into & love Metroid Prime Trilogy... so Other M will be sweet with it's new gameplay & adventure Super Metroid elements!

I've already got MH3 on the way, and I'm definitely getting Sin & Punishment 2.
I haven't played SMG1 but I've only heard good things about it, so I may get SMG2.
Metroid: Other M is intriguing and may end up being the first Metroid game I play and really enjoy. (I only own MP Hunters, and I played MP3 at a friend's once.)
Actually given that S&P2 and MH3 are the same price and will therefore use up all my store credit I've decided to hold off on S&P2 so that I can get No More Heroes 2 instead at release. Don't know what I'm going to do when that Samurai Warriors game from Capcom gets released - I need a windfall!
Probably none of them on release (won't be home until at least June, and I still have to complete Galaxy 1 - still have like 40 stars and play Trilogy). Most likely I'll get Galaxy 2 first, then Other M. By the time I get through all of those, the world will have probably forgotten about MH so even if I got it the only people still playing online would be the super intense fanboys. I may get it for the single player. I really don't have anyone to play online with except you guys, so if there's still room for a n00b like me on a team here when I'm looking to buy it, then I'd get it. Most of my friends who play games online do it mainly on PS360. What I've seen of Sin and Punishment hasn't impressed me so far, but I do like the idea of shooting at things. It's a maybe depending on the review and if nothing else I want more comes out too quickly and how fast it hits the bargain bin (so many older games I want)!
