Definitely RE4. I beat it 14 times. Yeah.

The best strategy in the game: go up stairs and pause balls.

Mine would be A Link to the Past, RE1 (for gamecube), and Super Mario World. I love those games!

lol yeah and you know what i enjoyed as much the 7th time i played it as i did the 1st. Also funny i started playing through wind waker yesterday again for the 3rd time. that game is amazing
Awesome! I'm still on my first BioShock playthrough. I hope to one day play Mass Effect since I've heard nothing but great things about it.

Surprisingly a licensed GBA game called "Lego Island 2: The Brickster's Revenge". I was very young and I could beat it in an hour, which is how long my bus ride was. It was also the only game for the GBA that I liked. I probably beat it a total of 37 times before I lost it. Kinda wish I had it even though it's bad......sigh... (Nostalgic moments from your childhood never die.)

Super Mario 64, probably ~30 times due to speed runs. Probably about 5 or 6 of those were normal completions, though (90+ stars).
Link to the Past, OoT, MM, somewhere between 5 and 8 times each.
Faxanadu, The Guardian Legend, Crystalis, 4-5 times each.

Probably Metroid: Zero Mission with at least 30 play throughs.
Then it would be House of the Dead 2 which I played through about 10 or so times
I think I beat Ocarina of Time about 5 times, and then every other game I only beat once or twice, if I beat it at all.
