After just having a discussion with a Sony fanboy(complete moron...im not joking)
He say's the Wii's IR pointer is too hard to control...which in my opinion is dumb as hell.
specifically he said that Call of duty world at war Wii has BAD controls and the IR controls are tough to work.

Can someone please explain to me this. when i first bought every Wii FPS game..why is it,i can simply end up being an expert on day 1?...im not joking..i can literally play FPS games on Wii without any issue of the IR pointer.

I know its tough at the start but you will EVENTUALLY get used to it. All in all....i hate every fanboy on this world...lol (and no im not a Nintendo fanboy but they are my most favourable company as i grew up with them)
just let me know what you think of the IR pointer and do you have difficulties using it?

I can perfectly understand the difaculty of going from analog to IR but I also think you'd have to have a brain inpedement to take more the 10 min to get used to it

How difficult is it to point something at a screen? What's funny is, these h'core gamers who like killing people online, would probably handle a gun just fine, but can't handle a wii-mote? Doesn't make sense, you remind me of that recent Conduit review where the guy thought the controls were awful, just because he couldn't use them.

Yeah, it really is a no-brainer. It's still Europe-only, but Rogue Trooper does the point-to-look with 3rd person play and that works really well too. The pointer should be used for any action game were you're controlling a character that has to shoot things -- it's a natural!
