I'm not so sure that SMB is a WiiWare exclusive. Look at the controller being used.

Actually, if you look at the description of the flash game the creators probably use flashjoystick to play flash games using the Xbox 360 controller.

On Nintendo Europe's official website they say Super Meat Boy is published by Nintendo, so I thought it was an exclusive.
