Topic: Rechargeable Mote with classic Controller

I have synced my rechargeables successfully and I am able to open files on my SD Card. However, if the classic controller is plugged in it will intermittently work, and once I access the SD card there is absolutely no functionality. Is it simply bad classic controllers (I have two and have swapped them in and out of multiples WiiMotes)?

I saw a video of how to recalibrate a nunchuck, would this also apply for the classic controller?

Thanks and Best

I can't remember but I don't think the Wii remote functions by itself while the Classic Controller is plugged in. I don't recall ever trying to use the remote functionality while playing with the CC.

Wii remotes function with the Classic Controller plugged in.

With some Classic Controllers like NES/SNES Classic Edition gamepads, you're even totally reliant on the Wii remote for navigating menus and the like due to the lack of a right analog stick to move the dashboard cursor around or a home button.

That your Classic Controller stops functioning when entering the Wii's SD card menu is an odd issue (if I've interpreted the original post correctly). Not a clue what's going on.
