Thanks to the monthly newsletter sent out by Telltale games, they have announced that Rise of the Pirate God will appear in the NA shop on Monday. Here's the quote.

I only have episode 2 so far(thanks to the Telltale survey promotion). I'm interested in getting all the chapters but my budget is preventing me from downloading them right now.
