yes, but to me, it increased the repaly value by exploring more and finding the different parts of your ship

i think the level creator is a great idea, but heres what i want:

• More areas to visit
• Online support. It would be awesome if you could team up with someone online and help each other gather pieces
• More exploration and secrets
• Every night after you blast off you can hang around in Olimar's ship serving as a menu screen
• Upgrades!!!!!!!!!
• Moar pikmin species

I want co-op. Pikmin 2 had the two-player challenge mode and that was a good start, but I'd like to see the whole game support co-op.

I'd also like the ability to play at night. Instead of just ending the day at night, they could let us continue playing, but there would be many more dangers at night. That way if you were busy, you could keep working and if you didn't feel up to the challenge of the nightlife, then you could end the day early.

I also wish you could level up, like in most RTS'S

I wouldn't use it at all, but I guess an online 2p co-op mode would be popular.

Tbh, having played Little Kings Story, which borrowed elements of pikmin and made it work amazingly... I would have to see a LOT of new things in a new pikmin for me to think 'this is going to be stellar'

But I have no doubts that they'll do just that. Bring it on.

Also, again, Mario Galaxy's engine on this game would be fantastic.

Why is Pikmin popular?

You don't like Pikmin or scribblenauts it seems? What do you like. Starfox or bust?

Was planning on getting pikmin one way back when. Should i get the first one on wii or gamecube?

Wii. Pointer. But not having Pikmin 2 (NTSC) is a huge disappointment.

I didn't know about the Pikmin games when they first came out. When they released NPC Pikmin 1, I skipped it to wait for NPC Pikmin 2. But of course, that hasn't come out. sigh

...Well, seeing how tomorrow is the day...figured I'd bring this thread back. Can't wait to see what this game will look like on the Wii.

I forgot about Pikmin 3, but not seeing anything about it was a disappointment. Maybe the NPC sales were bad enough that it dropped off their schedule? Maybe they figured the other titles deserved more focus and it's still coming?

Here's hoping we hear something after the media spends some time on the floor at E3 - even if it's just rumors.

Yeah....was hoping to see what this game would look like on the Wii too...
