I don't know if I'm allowed to say anything, but pfft. I'll break the rules for once.
We're pushing for a March release. I know I keep saying soon, soon, soon and soon but seriously, we're really trying to make sure that the game's as polished as possible. There was so much we overlooked on 3M and don't want to repeat the mistakes we made. The biggest plus for me is that where I've been asking you guys (and on other forums) what you'd like to see in the game, control schemes you'd like etc and that the powers that be have listened! All going well, there will be controls that will keep you all happy and playing our little game!
Apologises on not doing it myself, I'm all over the place currently. Trying to get money together and running around like a headless chicken in excitement at the wife doing her masters:)
How is that breaking the "rules"? lol you've stated in previous conversations and news article you're pushing for a February/March release date.
You know what rules you SHOULD break? lol breaking into the computers and stealing a decent amount of screens. or put together a trailer? I'm not letting up till I see a trailer!
No it's breaking the rules about what I can and can't say:) Development's in full swing, bugs are being ironed and such. It's the greenlight process that really eats time. Hopefully where it's our second WiiWare title, Nintendo won't take as long to go through it and in turn, it'll speed up its release once it's been submitted.
The lack of assets is something I've moaned alot about. I can say that very soon, you'll be very pleased.
Well without for the want of advertising another site, we've just completed another interview. It may answer some more of your questions:)
I know I keep banging on but we're asking something of you guys on the Facebook page, whether or not we should include a certain campaign in the game or not. If any of you have joined the page, please put a thumbs up or a comment in there. Every little helps..
just gave my little green light. stealth mission sounds great. especially if you make it different to where the enemy maybe has searchlights, and you can't get caught in them, or you get blown to pieces... that'd be awesome! any way to mix up the gameplay is an A+ idea in my book.

Hey LTG. I know it IS selling but not selling loads, afaik we're still not turning a profit on the game. It's quite possible that once Pearl's out and people see that we have more than one game out and that we're not a fly by night company, they'll take the risks. The voting system on the shop channel may help as well, fingers crossed!
I really need Pearl to sell, as does Legendo. You wouldn't believe how much of a bad run of luck I had last year, so hopefully 2010's a good one for me, one that'll allow me to get a new (obviously not brand new) car and go away with the family...I'll be happy then:)
I certainly hope that this series does well for all of you at Legendo. If it's a huge hit, that certainly means there will be more games ... and we always need more games! Day one buy for me!

@Sean Bjorn said to me that there's an update for the WIi Store that's implemented a voting system that generates almost like a chart system, kind of like the AppStore:)
@Thomas Thank you. We've been pushing some ideas around about what to do after the Pearl series etc, it's an exciting one. I just hope it sells and sells well!
@Hardy Cheers! You wouldn't believe all the things that have gone wrong with the POS over the last few months. It's been faultless since we had it and then all of a sudden it just develops new faults every day. Currently it needs a rod (WTF do I know, someone told me but I forget) that keeps the front wheels aligned and straight...instead of constantly pulling to the right. My left arm's like Popeye's where I have to keep extra weight on it to keep the car straight. The powered steering fluid leaks, there's a hold under the driver's pedals, so when it rains it manages to seep into the car making the driver's side soaking...I could go on!
@Eripmav: Guess I'm not the only one. I've nearly 1000 dollars worth of work that needs to be done (Probably sell before that). Struts, rot rubber things that are SUPPOSED to hold a lubricant so i dont tear my car up further (i think like when i steer). oil leak all over underside (must be a slow leak), bend in frame (rust around that area too). Cars also loud when i go over thirty (tires making the noise, i think, not the engine). So yeah. I need a new car too. I hope you next game's a big success so you can get that other car. Hopefully you'll be safe till then. Wouldn't want anything happening to you.
Edit: That was probably a tie rod you needed. Had to work on mine too.Didn't want to spend more for a mechanic to do it.
I honestly don't have a clue about car mechanics etc. At school I was far more interested in PCs, technology and gaming...things haven't changed:) Luckily I have a brother in law who's clued up and tries to tell me about bits and bats, but it's like water off of a duck's back trying to get into my brain. I suppose I could say the same thing about him when I try to explain about the differences of say RISC vs CISC or the difference bump mapping can make to a game..
Glad to know I'm not the only one though. Cars, they do make like easier but at the same time, more difficult with the amount of money you have to spend on them. Not to mention petrol (or gas:)) being over £1.10 a litre here in blighty.
