I kindly suggest you to release SNK's Sengoku 3 on the Wii's Virtual Console (for all regions Japan, North America and Europe). Sengoku 3 was considered by many as the best beat em up in Neo Geo's game collection and it is overall an excellent game.
Thank you very much in advance for considering this modest but serious suggestion.

Here's hoping they re-release the entire NeoGeo catalogue on the VC. Some of them are less than ideal (censorship, limited credits, etc.), but to have such an affordable way to play classic NeoGeo games is awesome. I've never played NAM 1975, Cyber-Lip, or even Blazing Star, and my points are squirreled away for titles like that.
Shock Troopers 2 is available today on North American VC I will buy it asap in the perhaps fable hope they will release Sengoku 3 in the future
I got me some Shock Troopers 2! Now I want Pulstar and Blazing Star on the VC. I didn't care for Sengoku at all, but Sengoku 3 looks like a big improvement. I might go for it.

This sums up Neo geo VC in a nutshell. Seriously D4. STOP WITH THE SAME GAMES OVER AND OVER. At least Shock troopers 2 was a breath of fresh air.

Can anyone tell me what the censorship is like in the Virtual Console version of Last Blade 2? Is it white blood or is it no blood? I think white blood looks ridiculous so I will only buy it if it's no blood (red blood plus fatalities would have been best, but alas...). I am disappointed that NintendoLife's review of Last Blade 2 made no mention of this issue.

That sums Neo Geo in a nutshell. The Neo Geo library contains a huge amount of fighting games. That's what it's known primarily for. And even so, there's been more Metal Slug games released for VC than King of Fighters.
I'd rather fighters than nothing. D4 not releasing KoF 98 isn't suddenly going to mean a release of Yoshi's Island from Nintendo.

Yes, don't bite the hand that feeds. Be glad that someone is still supporting the Wii (unlike Nintendo), and not ignoring/sabotaging the Wii's online capabilities (like Nintendo), and therefore the Wii is still getting some of the best fighting games of all time. With Last Blade 1 and 2, it's now only missing King of Fighters 98-2000, Art of Fighting 3, and Garou: Mark of the Wolves.
@TheDreamingHawk Who's releasing the same games over and over again? Every game they've released so far are different games. You would know if you actually played them...

I have played a few neo geo games on a neo geo arcade cabinet at my local old video game store. They had both art of fighting 1 and 2 for it, and metal slug X and the last blade 2 as well, and when I played both AOF games, I could see not much difference between the two outside of new characters of some minor new battle features. In other words, it didn't feel like a total revamp like most sequels. But the Last blade 2 and metal slug were OK, just not the best kind of games I've played.

Most sequels aren't total revamps. Seriously, what games do you play? Not only that, but Art of Fighting 1 and 2 weren't as big a change as usual. I agree, they were minor, even by relative terms. But Art of Fighting 3 is very different, and the changes are very noticable. Most KOFs introduce entirely new systems that really change up the gameplay. As do many of the Fatal Fury games. Even the Street Fighter games can change radically from game to game. 'Course we aren't talking about reinventing the wheel here, but still, they change enough so it's a new experience every time.
That said, you have not played nearly enough to bash on the entire Neo Geo library. Also, how are The Last Blade 2 and Metal Slug X not the best of their kinds? How???
