Topic: New Mario Kart for Wii?

When and if theres a new mario kart for wii what would you wana see in it?

If they did, I'd like to see more balance between the vehicles. The commonly used bikes in MKW (Mach, Bullet etc) are ridiculously overpowered against any kart and outsider bike. I'd just like to see them evened out so we karters can stand half a chance without relying on blue shells.

If not that, then an option to play against only those in similar vehicles to you.

Oh, and remove the Versus Ratings. It's never made a realistic system, what with the hackers and internet blips. Not to mention its hardly fair losing 200VR coming 8th and winning a fraction of that back in 1st. As long as there are hackers, I can't see any rating system working well, so let us all be guests or at least give the option.

While I'd love to see another Wii version, my guess is that the next Mario Kart release will be for the 3DS.

i would like A LOT more vehicles, or the ability to create your own vehicle.or maybe theyll make it so that some vehicles hold one person, and other vehicles hold two people like in Double Dash

I would like to see revived versions of SNES tracks. Like doughnut plains, koopa beach, etc.

Something similar to Diddy Kong Racing would be cool. Some sort of story/adventure mode with an open world hub to drive around. New karts, bikes, boats/hovercraft, planes or gliders, new characters and new versions of old tracks. Double Dash style karts would be fun too.

MKW continues to top the charts--from a business standpoint it doesn't make sense to release a new one.

-characters from other game series
-track creator
-return of the feather
-return of character specific items like in double dash
-every race course from the entire series bought back plus loads of new ones
-every battle course from the entire series bought back plus loads of new ones.

the track creator would be as bad as brawls level creator!

I would love some kind of track creator and the ability to upload them and the option to force everyone to race the same vehichle, also let us race one-on-one locally and finally WiiSpeak support for some online trash talking.

I've said it a thousand time before. Goomba as a playable character. Oh, and better weapon's balance. Mario Kart Wii is ridiculous in that aspect.

EDIT: Wii Speak is a good one too (not only friends please). I really regret buying it.

Needless to say that I've been extremely disappointed with the retro tracklist of MKW. I mean, Desert Hills of all tracks? Seriously?! You disappoint me, Nintendo. .

I don't see the point of another Mario Kart game for the Wii, however a kart racer featuring popular Nintendo characters would be nice.

IMO, Mario Kart track creation peaked with Double Dash. To me, that iteration of the series had the best set of tracks -- nearly every one is a classic.

Really?! I hated the coop mode. I like one character to kart. Keep it classic!

Some new features they could add are:
-new characters like koopalings.
-option to choose classic battle or team battle
-a story mode like F-Zero GX
-better items (hate the lightning cloud)

I agree that it can happen, and the reason is that it doesn't seem that Nintendo is at all interested in a new non-portable console. So they can push this sequel idea too in 2011 or 2012 even.

in the unlikely event of a MKWII2. i just hope they balance the game properly, and find a way to stop all the hackers from ruining the online game.
