I already had the ROKU which I was already very happy with and more got this out of curiousity and insurance if the ROKI brakes, but it does work well including the ability to search for new things to watch for your queue instead of having to use the computer. It doesn't have all the extra channels like the ROKU though. That being said I would not have bothered with the ROKU if this was already out at the time but in reality I didn't even have my wii yet when I got it. I would just be worried that it could wear out the laser in the wii since it will be on so much more, but then again I am not even sure it is possible either.
