Topic: My nunchuck only works with certain games

Something bizarre is happening with my Wiimote, I got the special edition Wiimote that came with skyward sword, it worked well for a few years but recently it can't detect any nunchuck when I try to play a game that requires motion plus or any wii u game, it works fine with game that don't use motion plus, What makes this issue extremely weird, it's so frustrating because it's my only motion plus controller

Have you tried using a different nunchuk with the Wii Remote Plus?

The same issue, it's not a problem with the nunchucks, or the connection terminals since I just cleaned them.

I have also noticed this when using my wiimotes as PC controllers.

My guess is it has something to do with both add-ons getting close to the extension port's power/bandwidth limit.

I'd recommend cleaning the contacts (with rubbing alcohol and Q-tips), but it looks like you've already done that.
