And if you haven't noticed that person is actually Tingle. He changed his suit so it appears silver and he will be the new annoying character that follows you. You'll also have to watch out because he'll steal your rupees and call monsters towards you

I knew it was familiar somehow. At first I thought it was the Zora ptince from Twilight Princess but I knew it also resembled something else. That's striking.
