I'm also quite interested in La Mulana, Toribash and Worms: Battle Islands.

Bit. Trip. Void and Super Meat Boy for sure, and possibly Matt and his Marker, and Night Game/Sky. I might get Cave Story if they really change it up. But it's making me angry that it's taking so freaking long.

Castlevania the Adventure: Rebirth

Castlevania ReBirth, Earthworm Jim, & Last Flight.

Explodemon, Last Flight, Max & the Magic Marker and Night Game are ones I'm really looking forward to but i think my most wanted game is Zombie Panic in Wonderland that game looks awesome

Right now Bonk and Castlevania are on my radar. I haven't played a Castlevania game since Portrait of Ruin on the DS in 2006, and I've been itching to play any game in the series. Bonk was a really fun title on the TG 16 and would love to see how the sequel does. The Adventure Island remake was OK, but I hope Hudson does better with Bonk.
