I know that the Wii one apparently has some frame rate issues from time to time. Other than that, it is likely cheaper to get the PC versions in a "Season", but I'm not sure. Besides the semi-obvious control variants.
Just to make sure, you are talking about the sale on Telltale Games website of the whole season of the new Monkey Island game for $5 right?

Yeah, I meant the sale on the Telltale Games website. If I heard about it in time to get the $5 price I would've just gone for it, but since I missed it I figured I'd ask for opinions.
The two are pretty much the same. I have the complete season for Wii and episode 1 for PC/Mac. Episodes 1 and 2 on Wii have some framerate slowdowns in certain areas, and a few sound blurbs, but the other episodes play without a hitch. I prefer the Wii version for it's controls, which really work great especially on a big TV. If you are worried about the cost, go for the PC version. I didn't feel like the Wii version was that much money because I bought them as the came out, so only $10 a month. But all the episodes are out so you'd be shelling out $50 for a solely single-player game with not much replay value (I've played through it several times though because there are so many hidden jokes and gags).
