Topic: Moki Moki Trailer

Not sure if anyone spotted this, but while looking through the "Coming Soon" list, I ran into Moki Moki, and lo and behold, a trailer has recently been made for it! old?

On a side note, sorry for stopping One Year Later. I'm going to post em all to catch up once I have written them all. College punched me in the face (and I didn't play Helix like I said I would, yet). Anyways...

I cannot remember what the name of this was in Japan, but I do recall it coming out a few months ago.

First time seeing it. I've seen screens though. Not too excited about this one.

Does this play similarly to Lemmings? It looks similar in that you have to guide the creatures to a goal somehow but it's not exactly clear from the trailer how you're supposed to interact with the level to accomplish that.

I'll shed some light on it for anyone interested. You move the entire stage using the Control Pad or alternating between the 1 and 2 Buttons. Each stage has its own gimmick but the general premise remains the same -- guide as many of the characters (Moki's) from the entrance portal to the exit portal as you can. Stages gradually get more and more difficult and as I said, incorporate gimmicks such as using giant gears and having to guide them through a maze-like stage.

I remember Moki Moki being mentioned a few months back on here when they had an article on Japanese releases. It seemed to have a hint of Night Sky /Game and World of Goo on the screenshot. This trailer seems to suggest the same influneces. Looks very interesting to me.
