Easy Mode is certainly a welcome addition. I would guess the third playable character would be Bass, no? Zero was only in the X games (not to be confused with the X Games). I don't think Bass was ever 8-bit, but he was in the main series, so it'd be cool to see him in 8-bit for the first time.
Also, I would expect to see MM4-6 on VC to build hype for this one like Capcom did last year with 1-3. Seems likely enough.
Hopefully we don't have to wait until the fall for this. Man, Capcom, you rock. I for some reason didn't expect them to make a 10, at least not this soon. I am pleasantly surprised. Please, please let Endless mode return, maybe with with levels that are semi-randomized, too (i.e. the layout, not just the order).

New Mega Man in the same NES-style as MM9? New stages, bosses, weapons, music? Proto Man without having to download, plus another undisclosed character?! Ahh hell yeah, now that's zetta wicked awesomesauce on a frikken burrito of win and chicken.
I'd also make a joke about easy mode and all you Mega Pansies, but this is the only platformer series I'm any good at, so it would come back and bite me.

Has Roll been seen in action before? I know Proto Man wasn't, but he was at least an enemy, so we had an idea of how he worked. Roll just stands there as far as I have seen. I'm placing my bet on Bass making his 8-bit debut as a playable character.
Great...add one more Megaman game to the never-ending list of games I want to play (in actuality 4, seeing as I'd probably only bother playing the ones I could download, and they'll probably release 4-6).

Roll was playable in the PSP remake of the original MegaMan. Instead of a buster, she used a broom to attack.
I've got to say it, if they werer going for a cheesy "box-art" a la MegaMan 1 and 2, they've failed. That art is more epic than silly.
