Topic: Longest Game Ever.

What is longest game ever? Not including games that never end like tetris, and games that are long but are so boring that you don't want to finish them.

The longest game I have ever played is Pokemon Platinum because it took me 100 hours to get everything in the game.

Super Mario 64 if you don't get all the stars and try to meet Bowser by going up his staircase.

(Assuming we exclude MMOs and other obvious titles)I would say RPGs in general are the longest, since it would take a loooong time to design a platformer, fighting game, etc. that could exceed a 60 hour epic like Tales of Symphonia.

I beat TMNT DS in like an hour.

Golden Axe Warrior a great Zelda clone, I had the game since I was a kid but it was years before I finished it, had no PC so couldn't look up a walk-through, if your a fan of classic Zelda then GAW is worth a look, way better than Neutopia.

I don't know about the longest game ever, but one of the longest games I have ever played is definitely Tales of Symphonia.

TP took over 60 hours to complete everything. Thats the longest game I ever played.

pokemon emerald took me 230 hours to complete everything

Opoona is a pretty friggin long game if you're trying to do all the sidequests along the way, as I am.

Most time I ever spent on a game was Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga - around 100 hours. Took me about 50 hours to beat it the first time through.

Wasn't M&L like a 15 hour game?

I heard Disgaea 3 can take close to 1000 hours to do everything and DLC keeps showing up...My file on Disgaea DS is around 200 hours and I still ahve a lot more item-worlds to visit...although my love of the game is wearing thin.

Saga Frontier took me upwards of 100 hours and I didn't finish 3 of the 7 quests...plus apparently once you beat it completely, system data lets you access a new story or something. Game sucked though--it was the game I got after FFT, and I had a much smaller responsibility load back then

I don't know about the longest game EVER, but Twilight Princess is pretty darn long if you try to 100% it.
Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga is friggin' long as well.

I did a mario and luigi file where i didnt do any side quests and got it done in like 15 hours. the games not as long as many other rpgs like the final fantasy games.
Also one question. why is this on the wii fourms?

Morrowind : Elderscrolls 3... There's too much to do and the freedom to go and do whatever really beats ANYTHING I've played before and since. The main game itself takes around 50 - 60 hours to complete thats without expansions and not to mention the thousands of side quests - If you want to say goodbye to the real world for a while get an old xbox and this game it's THE ultimate RPG without internet involvement.

AS for WII I'd say Metroid Prime 3 has been the longest lasting game for me.

final fantasy tactics.... i spent over 200 hours and i am not freakin kidding. i still didnt finish veery quest because guess what happened?

For me Okami was quite long.

Probably because i picked it up but then got games like SSBB which took the front seat.

It takes hundreds of hours to do everything in MLB Power Pros.
