Topic: Is Bust A Move Plus worth it?

Is bust a move plus worth the 600 points, or should I spend my 600 points on something else? What do you recommend?

Here in Europe the price is 800 points. And I am sure I spent them well, as with the two DLC. Very recommended. For play with friends and for you. Only Bust a Move hardcore fans can be critics with it. Beautiful graphics and enjoyment play. If you like puzzles or play Bust a Move before, is a secure bet.

If you have access to any other console besides the Wii, I'd say no. BAM+ looks like a fairly barebones game, with just a 2-player mode and a puzzle mode. I recommend BAM '99 for the PS1/N64.

Mmmm... Art Style games (Orbient specially). And a lot for Virtual Console: depend of your preferences. Simply explore Nintendo Life specific channels.

Well I bought Rotohex, and while I do play it occasionally, I don't feel it was really worth the 600 points considering how much I play it. Is Orbient better in your opinion?

I think Orbient is better than Rotohex. It is strangely compelling for how simple of a game it is; I still have to go back and get the last few moons.

But on topic, you could do a lot worse than Bust-A-Move Plus! for 600 points. If you're a fan of the series you'll like this game, and the DLC will keep you entertained for a long time.

So, which one do you prefer? Orbient or Bust a Move Plus? It seems like I'll be getting one of the two.

Orbient is such a great game. Get it. (And yes, I have BAM Plus.)

I'd agree with KS8 if you don't have any underlying love for Bust-A-Move. The multiplayer in BAM is nice though, so that's another thing to consider. Overall Orbient has a much more polished feel, I hate to say it.. but BAM+ seemed a little rough and cheap.. at least the menus. The game itself is still rock solid.

Bust A Move is more funny than the slow paced style from Orbient. They are very different. But if I purchase again only one, I think it was Bust a Move. Luck with your election!
