why does square enix hate us???? NO FFXIII!!!!! PLEASE MAKE FFXIIII ON WII WITH REAL TIME BATTLES (with NO MENUS) AND MOTION CONTROL. AND let us have REAL CHARACTER CUSTOMISING!!!!! really people

Dude, we're getting Crystal Bearers which I think will be the better game. At least to those who hate turn-based, like me.

Never!!! But yeah, Crystal Bearers will be both awesome and a breath of fresh air.

They are making lots of exclusive Wii and Wiiware titles because of no FFXIII on Wii.

Well anyways, FF has turned to the "other" consoles for a reason only known to people who are not me. But we still got Crystal Bearers to look forward to. It can still be a hit, right?

final fantasy jumped shift in the n64 era! y because playstation used CDs, n64 used cartriges! now square goes with the two systems that use high capacity discs! i think when i grow up im gonna make a video game company that will rival nintendo or work for them!

I would just be happy if they released 1-6 on the VC or some form of remake on Wiiware, i wouldn't want to see the graphics and gameplay of the latest releases butchered just so it can run on the Wii (I am not wii hating just living in the real world), I think the Wii would strugle to cope with even FF:X

FFCC:CB looks way better than most Final Fantasy games. Psychic powers FTW!

There is also FFIV The After Years, and we're supposed to get some FF games on the VC.

And After Years is a cell-phone game port job, and wasn't that great to begin with.

FFCC: Yep, I think it looks awesome. Air battles and psychic powers are two of my favorite things ever, and to put them together just sounds amazing.

After Years: Huh, I've heard nothing but great things about it. People have been saying it's the best FF sequel and one of WiiWare's best games. shrugs I'll get it after I play FFIV.

Have you been reading the reviews? Even user reviews. People have been saying it's extremely shallow, the story is bad, and the price is robbery. Also, areas are recycled and revisited and it just looks like a really obvious moneygrab. Well, you wouldn't be spending that much money to try the base game, so if you think it's worth the risk... just don't you also come posting a thread on here about how evil and lazy Squeenix is if you find it a letdown.

Ehum... That wouldn't be a real FF game. The Final Fantasy series is a command based RPG series and if made into something else it's not a "real" FF. That would be like a Mana game... And they haven't really been treating that series very well these past couple of years have they? And also... "FFXIIII"? I'm guessing you're not to familiar with the roman numerals, are you... Yeah, and less screaming like a little pig would be preferred next time around ok thanks.

You want a real FF with real time battles, that to me would make it a spin-off even if its numbered, a real FF game would be turn based(not that I'm saying the others are fake mind just non traditional), besides Crystal Bearers sounds really promising.

I might be stretching but wasn't XII real time battles? Yes, the gambit system added a lot of strategy that I absolutely loved, and you had to recharge your turn, but it all appeared fairly real time to me...unless you're talking about making it a brawler. yeah, then that makes no sense.

Also, getting rid of that system is what is making me not purchase XIII. Nothing like regressing a series when progress was sorely needed.

A large part of what makes up Final Fantasy is the graphics/cut scenes...

which is incidentally why I hate them so much.
