Topic: How's Excitebots?

IT's amazing, it's 5x times more intense then mario kart (that's a good thing) and it puts you on the edge of your seat the whole time) the only flaws are that online is the only way to quickly unlock all rewards and it will still take you about 20 hours probably AT LEAST and that poker races are well... let's just say that I give excitebots a 8.5/10 and if they turned the poker races into regular races, it might be a 9.0. GET IT, $20 is an absolute steal for a game of this quality, also there's no cheap things like the blue shell in mario kart, in this game the best player wins %95 of the time

For anyone that has this, and Blur, which would you say is better?

Excitebots is definitely the best racer on Wii. Of course, the only other one I've played is Mario Kart.

It's really good if you don't mind racing as transforming bugs. I prefer racing with vehicles at least somewhat based in reality. It improves upon Excite Truck in almost every other way so it's a trade off.

Once you get it, add me! My FC is in my signature, or just try to find the Excitebots Online Forum! Poker races are actually pretty awesome, although nothing can compare to the main game mode and the online.

Mario Kart Wii is better but Excitebots does have it's advantages. If Excite Truck is cheap then get that too.

This is a great game, I still play it but there does seem to have been a drop-off in online play as I have been having trouble finding races online. It takes awhile and then says there was an error connecting but none of my other games seem to have this trouble so i think it is just timing out. I believe my FC is in my signature if anyone wants to add me for this or any other game. Anyway yes this is a great game and the graphics just make you feel like you are flying. It is also very wacky and just plain a lot of fun, I like mario kart too not sure which i like better. If you have wheels already you can probably find it cheaper but i recommend the wheel if you don't, either way $20 is still a great price for a great game

This game is what all racers should be like, I recommend buying it.

I had sold Excite Truck before getting Excite Bots thinking there's no way I'd want to play Excite Truck again. To an extent that's true, but having re-purchased Excite Truck after selling off the NA Wii and Excite Bots, it's just a brilliant game in its own right and should definitely not be passed up.

Excite TRUCK is one of the best games on the Wii.

Excite BOTS is also excellent, but, I think you're missing out if you play this before ExciteTruck. You probably wouldn't want to go backwards (bots first) because they're similar, where ExciteTruck is a little more simple (in a good way).

Excite Truck seems to be more about the tricks, whereas Excite Bots has all those side things like the pie-throwing and what-have-you. I found going back to Excite Truck after putting time into Excite Bots a lot easier and managed to unlock Super Excite right away. The ability to play your own music in Excite Truck is also a definite plus. I really don't feel the need for another racing game with Excite Truck, but as I've said before, if NoE localise this game I'd buy it for the online and poker races alone.

I wish Excitebots was released in the EU, I would have gladly picked up... it looks amazing! Its silly, its weird, and it looks downright fun! Lucky Americans... >.>
