I found a neat little trick to make playing Grill-Off With Ultra Hand easier.

Instead of using both the Wii Remote and Nunchuk to play, keep the Nunchuk in the 'Down' position (Sideways) and just use the Remote. The game becomes a lot easier to play this way and a lot more fun to play.
