Topic: Ghost Recon: Future Soldier coming to Wii

Not exactly my thing but I thought it would be worth mentioning that according to Amazon, a Wii version of Ubisoft's Ghost Recon is scheduled for release. If this is true that sort of puts a small dent in the idea that Ubisoft has given up on Wii. With this and a unique version of Forgotten Sands on the way, it seems like a positive future with Ubi games. That is, if either one turns out to be any fun.

IGN has an article about it, but no consoles were specified.

Wouldn't IR control eliminate the challenge in a shooter like this?

Who knows, but if it works well then I'd consider a purchase.

I hope it is good.

To think, if I hear good things about the Wii version, it will be the first time I ever play a Ghost Recon game. It will likely be T rated though, but if they have other cool, well implemented, Wii-centric elements, it will still be worth a look.

Well, I'm excited that a New Ghost Recon game is coming out at all. I probably won't get the Wii version, though.
