Oh! ...when I first saw this post, I was confused at what was going on, you're redrawing the character into a sprite, I see... Man, I must be tired, I just couldn't get it for some reason.
Good work on the outline so far. Of the important things, you're missing the second mustache set as well as the smile itself, other than that it seems like everything is on its way. It still looks mighty detailed for pixel art, I imagine pixel art to be simpler, much blockier.
