Topic: Gauntlet Legends :-(

This would be the best game for VC - it was such an awesome N64 game. 4 player Gauntlet was epic - I have such fond memories of my level 70-odd Barbarian.

I loved the game too. It was pretty dang easy, but I still loved the game. Hope it comes to VC

Don't get your hopes up guys. Gauntlet Legends was published by the now defunct Midway Games. This is also why we have yet to see games like Mortal Kombat, NBA Jam and the Rush series on VC.

They belong to Warner Bros. now... and unless they start getting a lot of requests, I doubt releasing the games in a downloadable format will even be on their minds.

Huh, I was just playing that again not long ago. It was a great game but it probably won't hit the VC. Well, I can always hope.

I'd rather get the original Gauntlet for the Virtual Arcade

I think I played it at a FuddRuckers restaurant/arcade one time years ago. And, I thought it was quite good.

Agreed - Gauntlet Legends was great fun. I'd download if it came out, but I doubt it will.

Xbox version's already out on XBLA, along with the original. I've been meaning to get them, but there are too many other games that take priority over it.
