http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rayman_Junior I just remember this game, I loved it to bits despite it being a early childhood game. It was hard, though. I think it would have had more success on the Wii platform because it was more family centered and hardcore gamers probably would get a kick out of it.
Breakdown. It was an awesome game plagued with poor controls. Putting Breakdown on the Wii would have fixed all that, just like it fixed Metroid Prime.
PN 03, Star Fox Assault, and Geist would all benefit from motion and pointer controls, as well as online MP (for SF Assault at least)

I can't believe I'm saying this, but your post is the only one I agree with in this entire thread. I can't see how any of the other games people are listing would actually sell better on the Wii, even benefit in even the slightest way. Quite a few would actually hurt by being on the Wii (Ray Man 3? Really? The camera is bad enough as is. It'd be even worse without a second stick to control it).
Just imagine controlling your skaters movements and spraying your tags up, utilizing the WiiMote & Nunchuck combo. It would be fricken awesome!
Controller Setup: Analog stick for movement, Z button for braking, WiiMote for directional view, B button & WiiMote for spraying tags and the A & C button for jumping & performing tricks.
Side Note: What do you think about this proposition @Mickeymac?

No wait, that actually wouldn't be a bad idea. That could actually be pretty cool so long as they get the controls down right. Surprised it hasn't happened yet.
Kid Icarus: Uprising is PERFECT for 3DS, but it would have been AWESOME on wii, too.
I'm awesome and i love video games. And loves Zelda ALL LOT!!! My favorite People are: Tim Burton, Conan O' Brien, Shigeru Miyamoto, an Walt Disney!! My Favorite Video Games are: Zelda, Wario ware, Pokemon, Mario, Kirby, Sonic, Professor Layton.
I would have loved ports or remakes for the Nintendo Wii of the Kingdom Hearts games,i'd love to swing the Wiimote like a Keyblade, but it'll never happen,at least we still get the DS and the 3Ds games

Would be funny in the beginning, but fighting like that for 40 hours would be painfull.
Star Wars Trilogy Arcade, especially with the bonus games.
Ash: Professor Oak, how's your Bulbasaur?
Prof. Oak: Oh, it only hurts when I sit.
...
Prof. Oak: It's only Chansey if Krabby won't let go. Bye, now.
Ash: I don't think I'm going to call him anymore.

breakdown is a good suggestion. as for my suggestion as to why i mentioned space channel 5, well, judging by the relative success of warioware and the huge success of just dance, i thought that had that been released on the wii and thus making use of the wii's motion controls, i believe that game would've sold well.
