Topic: First The Mystery of Whiterock Castle impressions

Somebody got The Mystery of Whiterock Castle? I'm curious what you think of the game? I read it have 10 levels, but sounds pretty short. Love the graphics I've seen on the screenshots though.

Well, it's only 700 points so you can't expect that much really. 10 levels sounds about right for that price.

I'm waiting for impressions as well, but the review will probably be up sometime tomorrow.

I think 700 Wii Points is a steep price when you can finish a game within an hour (like most hidden object games). Especially when you think about all the other games you can get the same money or a bit more.

Hopefully this turns out good.

It's really a kid's game, so if you're hoping for some challenge you're not going to find it. I thought it was good for what it was, but it's definitely aimed at under-10s and their folks. Hopefully my review will be up soon.

I wasn't really expecting a challenging game. For me the whole casual hidden-object genre is not challenging at all. But for 700 Wii Points I was hoping to see some content. But I'm eagerly awaiting your review.

The reduced time-limit of hard difficulty might prove a bit more challenging, but you can breeze through this on your own in no time. Seriously, unless you're in love with the genre or have you own kids, younger siblings, cousins whatever, it's not for you. That doesn't mean it's bad, just that adults aren't the target audience.

Actually this is a game for grandma too.
