Topic: Do you still buy wii games.

No, I got a 3DS now so I've prioritised it over the Wii.

Not as much as I used to. Not too many good wii games have been coming out. Amazon always has amazing deals on Used wii games though.

I'll definitely be getting Xenoblade and The Last Story. Then I might pick up some games I missed when they drop in price. 3DS and PS3 are what suck up my gaming time now.

Not really. My Wii doesn't even read discs anymore. Last Wii game I got was Skyward Sword on the day it came out. Planning on getting Mario Party 9 sometime after the Wii U comes out. Been playing my 3DS a lot recently and I'm getting a PS3 soon, so those 2 will keep me busy until Wii U releases.

Of course, now is the best time to buy the overlooked games like Shimano Extreme Fishing, it's a blast, you go diving (reminds me of Endless Ocean) and hunt stuff like sharks.

Like SteveW, I'm still look and relooking at the Wii's catalog to see if I missed anything that might be worth trying on the cheap (Like Minicopter... Gunblade NY... Order Up!, etc). There is some cool stuff out there if you seek it out and have a tolerance for some rough edges.

And by the way, anyone with even a remote interest in a fishing game really out to check out Xseed's Fishing Resort. For only 20 bucks list price, it is a steal.

I am usually interested in a console until the end except for the current and former Nintendo home console. And a lot of 2007 for DS.

At least this time the last year of the console doesn't force me to get older games but now the problem is I won't be able to play many older Wii games since I'm not a cool kid with Gamefly.

Yeah, I have all good Wii games. And watchin out for the overlooked ones. I have 150 on disc so far, and 177 on VC+WW.
I´m still expanding my collection to have the best Wii collection of all time!

I usually buy games for a console well over a year after the new one is released, when I catch up on all the good ones I missed I move on to the next console.

I would probably say Little King Story. That game is really different and fun.

I have most of the big 1st party titles, but I'm still working on getting plenty of 3rd party gems (especially the cheap ones).

Not since I got my PS3 a few months ago. It's nothing against the Wii I just burnt it out and was ready for something new.

I bought three Wii games last year and two of them were used: Metroid Prime Trilogy, Metal Slug Anthology and Skyward Sword. I bought way more NES and SNES games. I don't know if I will buy anymore Wii games in the future, maybe Pandora's Tower if that get released in NA.

I do, but I've been trying to buy more 3DS games, since I didn't have a DS I only have SM3DL and a couple downloaded games.
