Topic: Do you love or hate the SSB series

I have to say i love the series.

There is nothing more satisfing than taking your favorite Nintendo charcater and then beating the living daylight out of another. It's my #1 favorite fighter series just barely wins over the soul blade/calibur series.

Do you love it or hate it?

Love it, it's great fun.

Hate it. No skill involved. Prefer high level fighters.

No Skill involved.....That's the best joke i have heard in a while.

The Super Smash Bros. series is great. nothing better than playing against your friends with your favorite Nintendo characters like wiiplayer said.

And outrun2sp, the SSB series requires more skill than any other fighting game out there. It's not just who has a stronger attack like most fighting games, it's based on technique, timing and strategy.

I like these threads. First person to say they hate it gets questioned by everyone else.

Wow. I just lost all the respect i had for you.

Honestly I'm pretty indifferent to the series, but definitely don't hate it, was decent enough but as a single player game, once all the characters where unlocked that was it for me, trophy and song collecting just didn't appeal, wont be buying the next in the series whenever that is, but it was an ok game all the same IMO, just not a must have for me personally.

I love it. Ever since I first played the original Super Smash Bros. on the Nintendo 64 over at my cousins' house over a decade ago.

I've never gotten into this series. I've played a few scattered battles with others who owned it, but it just never clicks for me -- which is odd, given the fact that it's basically the Mario Kart of fighting games, and I love both of those things.

i love the ssb series . its my favorite fighting game and tvc is next to that. i really dont like street fighter or sould calibur because they can just be too boring and it might b because i like flashy color flairing games
