Burgertime alone is reason enough for me to put $20 down on this. The other games are just icing on the cake.

I third this opinion, Burgertime is amazing! I'll be very interested to see how they dealt with the rotary controller from Heavy Barrel, one of my fave Data East games. Always a pain to emulate that. On MAME I end up using two face buttons on my controller for clockwise/anti-clockwise rotation and it's a bit awkward; hopefully they were able to do better.

No game by that name (and G-Mode doesn't seem to have a game with that title in the Data East IP list), but there's a game called Street Hoop in the collection -- could be part of the same series?

I would love to get this collection sometime, the cheap price really helps out my plans to get it to, but my backloggery is creaping up on me!

So it has finally come out? None of the GameStop stores in my area have even heard of it.

FYI, a little late, but I got the notification it's posted today. With any luck I'll have it next week, so it should be something I can shoehorn between reviewing Super Monkey Ball and the new Bleach game.

I still play Burgertime on my Gameboy, so..

Well, I remember it always giving me a headache when I tried to play it on the Game Boy (to be honest I always had a low tolerance for the original GB screen).

Somebody needs to do a Video review of the collection and put it on Youtube.

I have Burgertime for the Game Boy Pocket. It's quite hard, but fun.

I'm going to make a shocking confession. For years, I thought the game Heavy Barrel was made by SNK, not Data East. Now I'm fully corrected I can let the healing begin.

Anyway they should have included Bloody Wolf. I played the TG-16 version and its really fun. The arcade version would have been a nice game to include on this collection mostly because it retains the co-op mode.

BTW, is anybody gonna review it on this site?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I said something along those lines earlier in the thread. Expect it in the next couple of weeks (assuming they didn't post it by sea from Canada)!
