I know games in this category are usually terrible or pretty lousy. There are a few exceptions though.
I was thinking of Getting the Ghostbusters game or maybe Batman Brave and the bold.
Any other good ones based on Licensed properties?

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10
LEGO Harry Potter
Shaun White Snowboarding: Road Trip
Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3

LEGO Pirates, Family Game Night, and Disney's Tangled also sound promising and I hope to be renting them soon.

Sky Crawlers and Speed Racer are decent enough games (best of all cheap) but I think the licenses were wasted there. That goes for Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law as well. The cartoon has some awesome episodes but the game just can't quite do it justice.

Don't forget about the other Lego games like Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga.

I definitely agree on the DBZ: Budokai Tenkaichi games. Star Wars: The Force Unleashed (just the first one, not the second one) and the Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution games are also pretty good. Toy Story 3 got some pretty good reviews.

If they count, there are also good licensed sports games like Madden NFL, NHL Hockey, PGA Tour, and NBA Jam. Don't bother with the MLB baseball games, though. They've all been slammed by the critics. That's what happens when the MLB Players' Association grants a license monopoly to the wrong company.

Ash: Professor Oak, how's your Bulbasaur?
Prof. Oak: Oh, it only hurts when I sit.
...
Prof. Oak: It's only Chansey if Krabby won't let go. Bye, now.
Ash: I don't think I'm going to call him anymore.

My Nintendo: Katara

Madden on the Wii is just awful. Outside of PGA Tour and NBA Jam most licensed sports games on the Wii are pretty bad

MLB Power Pro's is the best baseball game ever. There's a 2007 and an '08 version on Wii and PS2.

I don't know if they float your boat but i really enjoy the Rock Band and Guitar Hero games.
When it comes to the Lego games i found LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures was a good fit with the character. And the usual LEGO fun too.

I was REALLY disappointed with the Ghostbusters game. I've since played through the HD version and there's nothing in that version of the game that made me think "there's no way the Wii could handle this!". The version on the Wii is very much aimed at children so it's kind of hard to get into - a lot of the dialogue and scenes are missing, lots of loading that seems to affect the lip sync, very basic graphics etc. Considering the entire game can be played in split-screen, they could have done a hell of a lot more with it.

Toy Story 3. The story mode follows the plot of the movie and is a pretty generic platformer/ puzzle solving game. The only great level in story mode is the Buzz Lightyear video game. The toy box mode is where the game really shines. You play as Jessi, woody or buzz and complete various missions, run time trials with bullseye, do tricks at the stake park, and blast things with goo that changes objects size. I would definitely recommend this game to everyone, but if you have a PS3/360 I'd recommend you pick up that version instead. The Hd versions have more missions, Co-op, and customizable towns in there toy boxes.

I guess the PES and FIFA games are quite good.
And some of the WWE ones should be good too.

I like Star Wars Battlefront for DS and the Force Unleashed (Not the sequel, that one sucked.) I also like the spiderman games like Friend or Foe and Spiderman Dimensions. Tony Hawk games are great too.
