I love how the game gotten pathetically easy considering that you can use the Zelda/Shielk ambiio to refuel hearts.

The amiibo can be scanned once per day.

Ganon Amiibo + Hero Mode + 3 Hearts Challenge = permadeath

Because, you know, optional easy mode makes a game super easy by default

Why does the inventory screen have to say 'amiibo' on it? Why, Nintendo, why?

Sigh... A whole set of new challenges locked behind amiibo? Not ideal, IMO.

Not a big fan of the new inventory. The original was organised, this one is all over the place. And of course the obligatory amiibo logo as well.. ugh..

@kshixson: I believe NA got the short end of the stick. Over here in Europe, there's the option to buy the game separately, not sure if that's the case in NA; just wait and see if they'll announce a standalone version.

Turns out it has been removed, here comes the Nintendo Direct speculation for late evening (UK time) on Wednesday 27th January.

Yep, looks like it. Either that, or Nintendo decided to make the best of the leak.

Wait so is the Cave of Shadows just the Cave of Ordeals, or is it an entirely new challenge dungeon? I really hope they didn't carve out a piece of the original game...
