That guy from cave story. I havent played the game, so dunno his name.

But, regarding Nicalis, AFAIK, they're the one who made/published an edition of more content, which supposedly was straight ripped from the community, and it was already available free.

But, I still dont know this in much detail, any correction or clarification would be appreciated :v

Still surprised I'm the only one who voted for Ryu Hayabusa.

Not that I expect him to make it, but I figured he'd get some love, seeing as how he's both an NES era character, and has three appearances on current gen Ninty hardware.
