I voted for Fiora from Xenoblade Chronicles, but I'm not sure if the vote went through or not since I only received an error message saying I could not view the page when the confirmation page was supposed to load.
Fiora can't be in game because Smash 3DS can't render two-model characters. Obviously, Shulk would have to steal her thunder all the time, just like in Xenoblade.
Nah. Bayonetta would need a super toned down move set, which ruins the purpose of having her as a character. It's like adding Ridley in. To fit the requirements, they would have to be nerfed and toned down so much that they wouldn't be the same character.

Bayonetta honestly shouldn't be as big of a problem as everyone says. Instead of cometely naked when she attacks like in the games just maker her strip down to about the clothing Zero Zuit Samus's alts have when she attacks.
The bigger issue would honestly be her trademark guns. I doubt they would be necessary for her move set anyways.

Who made this? I hardly think assist trophys, of all things, preclude those characters from being made into whole characters. You can already fight 4-on-4 Mario battles, so I don't see the issue there.

Some guy that spends a lot of his time of social media sites. I know that the Assist Trophys list is kinda stupid, but it what the people asked for. Just look at some Youtube comments, I saw some people wanting Shadow even though he is a Assist.
