NA Splatfest is postponed due to matchmaking issues with the Japanese Splatfest.
b/c this week wasn't bad enough for Nintendo and the Wii U they go and screw up the 1 game that is currently selling Wii U. And the splatfest in Japan was last Saturday, NA splatfest starts in15 hours, why wait so long?
I cant imagine ever buying an NX right now. Morons.

Yeah, but I was really excited for this one! If not for the global team matches, then at least to watch Inkopolis turn to the nightlife. There's nothing wrong with being a little disappointed.
There is nothing that I love more than sniping an Aerospray RG with my Charger, especially when they charge at me. The more I play against Aerosprays the more I notice how bad they are at range, and I always wonder why an Aerospray user would try to charge me when I have the advantage of distance.
I got to hand it to all the Aerospray users for teaching me to back away and shoot instead of move forward and shoot. The more you play against a certain type, the more ways you find to counter them, especially when they stick to the same play style.

Aww, I was also looking forward to the Splatfest. Well if it help makes the event run more smoothly, then I can wait. I know I played against a good amount of Japanese players with better connections than other regions, which at times I find puzzling.

So you can't join each other in Splat Zones can you? Was thinking of playing that for a bit, wished they would fix that...er, well add it anyways.
Really? I assumed you could. Aren't the new modes going to be ranked-only too? It'd be a shame if I couldn't play with some friends online in the new modes.
Isn't it obvious they are trying to keep it fair for everyone. If somehow 4 players all friends got on the same team and they were somehow voice chating I don't think it would be fun to go up against them. Plus I've seen it where if three get on the same team the one on the other will try to mess up their teammates on purpose. This way it's fair across the board.

Well I just had the run of my life in this. The last time I played I ended one loss away from falling back down to a C-. I decided I would try using a roller in ranked battles, which I had never done. My teams won like 6 or 7 matches in a row, 3 of them on 2 zone courses which I had never won one of those before. The last one was on Port Mackerel where we were losing but took control of the second zone with 1 second left and held onto them both throughout overtime to win by one point. It bumped me up to C+ and ranked me up, so I decided it was a perfect time to stop.

That's happened to me twice now. Took me forever to get to B rank once there I was back in B- in 5 matches. Got a good team going and got back to B only to drop back down again in 7 matches. Yesterday I was in danger of dropping back to C+ and road a sweet run and team all the way to B 68. Now I'm afraid to try to get to B+ lol. It was hard enough to get there as it was.

I just got back to B rating, I lost 7 ranked battles in a row last night. It's extra frustrating when you end up first or second in every battle. One of them I was even the only player on my team. I guess the others must have had bad internet. I'm on a 7 win streak tonight so it's back to turf wars for now.
