Personally I find the paint brush really helpful for Splat Zones due to the sheer speed of the brush, and the weapons that come with it are really great for the mode. My only complaint about it is that you gotta be really close to your foes if you want to splat them, so chances are you might wanna learn how to hide in your ink well for surprise kills.

Meh, can't tell if I like the charger or not...at first i was doing awesome with it. But then I started losing horribly all the time. Go figure. >.>
It depends on the map, the type of charger your using, your experience with using the chargers. They do hold some great merit for what they do but you also need to understand what each set is made for (i just spam the attack button when in close or to just cover areas fast) not to mention using your allies to bring them out but i would suggest ninja squid ability if possible.

If I'm using a piece of clothing with 4 slots, do I get all those skills? And do skills stack?
Yes, eventually you will get those 4 slots filled (they are filled in a "speed" based on the cost on the gear). If you order Plaza things from Spyke, he will reset the sub abilities.
The main ability is always stronger than the sub abilities.
The abilities stack, but with diminishing returns, so if you have a big stack of identical abilities that isn't helping you, you can reroll the abilities for a gear at Spyke (which requires level 20 and lots of money).
After playing a lot more, I have to completely disagree about making a beelinr for the zone being the only legit strategy. Inking outside of the main battle area can help by adding extra maneuverability for your team, taking options away from the enemy team, or just filling your special meter, which is more necessary in some cases than in others.
I just keep ending up with bad teams, it irritates me.
Are you still on?
Not anymore...can't play for too long, since my wrists start hurting after a while.
Yeah I'm not gonna lie, the gamepad features rock, but dang that giant thing gets painful to hold after like 30 minutes!
