Chase McCain from Lego City Undercover. He actually is a Nintendo character, believe it or not. Think about it. He has so many different tools, costumes and abilities he could us as moves.

But what I'd really want most, is Doshin the Giant to join. Imagine how different that character would be! How "epic" a Jashin final smash could be!
And since size and mostly proportion doesn't really matter in SSB: Chibi Robo.
Also, but this is NEVER going to happen I'm afraid: an Odama squad and bell carriers. Final smash would be obvious: flippers, and an Odama of course!
Now that we're talking lost Nintendo games (even though this one was released by none less than Atlus, and not even in my region): a Cubivore, that could mutate with every kill, a bit like Kirby does when inhaling an enemy.
Geist's little girl ghost (forgot her name) could offer very special abilities as well. A ghost that can posess others, but "dies" when they "die" still posessed. Again: never going to happen.

Bayonetta (more Nintendo in Bayonetta = more Bayonetta in Nintendo)
Wonder Red/Blue/Pink/... Any of them.
Maxwell (Scribblenauts) but his abilities would sadly be quite limited compared to what he can "do" in his own games, unless they use a strong randomizer and just make a difference between light and strong attacks, direction, distance, and some special moves like flying unicorns to get back on the stage.

As much as I hate the lego video game series, I think fhis wouldn't be such a terrible character choice. Of course, I'd rather have a hundred characters over him, but at least he could have a cool moveset and be unique.

Simon Belmont. He may be affiliated with Konami, but his heart belongs on the ol' NES. Perfect attacks, like Up+B beings an axe throw, Left/Right+B being holy water, whip attacks and grabs. The mind boggles at the potential.
That and Captain N. That would be radtastic.

Why does everyone seem to wanna remove Wolf? If you're gonna remove a spacy, at least remove the one that plays more like a clone.
I have been saying that for so long! Wolf is an awesome character and I was so happy to see him brawl. I like Falco, but he is a straight up clone of Fox and he should go. Now if they change Falco's move set (like they should with Ganondorf) that'll be fine, but no animation tweaks to make his moves look different when it's really the same thing.
I just want more 3rd Party characters like Bomber-Man, Ray-Man, Crash Bandicoot (I know surprising) Travis Touchdown, Jack Cayman, and Shovel Knight because I won't be able to download the his game for a long time.Oh and Black Shadow from F-ZERO
Capcom at E3: Guys we're sorry about how we've been treating Mega Man so we're gonna make it up to you by releasing the Mega Man Cancelled Collection with all the titles we cancelled in the condition they we're in just before we pulled the plug. Now who wants Street Fighter X Monster Hunter?

Playable bosses? Lol. I would so dive into this game knowing that one player using the gamepad is the boss, while another 2 players beats the heck out of you.
