Topic: Nes Mini Controller Compatibility

I finally got my hands on the new classic controller so I could plug it in to my wiimote. It seems to work fantastic except for one game... Star Tropics of all things. Has anyone experienced this? I found it very odd. ST2 works fine.. I can do a cyclone soon kick in Doube Dragon 2 with no issues, but damn it I can't get Mike Jones to swing that Yo-Yo...

Looks like you're the only one on this site who's actually found one of these controllers or systems in a store.

I'd call Nintendo support.

I have the same issue, but it is working on the Wii Virtual Console side on my Wii U.

So if you upgraded a Wii version of this, hop into backwards compatibility mode on your Wii U and give it a shot.
