Is it just my imagination or are the levels in 100 Mario Challenge (at least on "normal" difficulty) on average better than they were a month ago, that is, two weeks after the game's release?

I have noticed the same thing - the 100 Mario Challenge got more enjoyable. It looks like people are getting better at making them and the bad (and unsuccessful) levels are getting progressively removed by the system.
There's still a ton of stinkers but on an average it's getting more pleasant to play random levels.
Uh and cheers Pahvi for always playing my levels eh - it doesn't go unnoticed!

@AdamLikesNintend: Thank you for checking my stages out. Mainly my note for lack of fine tuning came from suit up ect. -stage.
It´s great that you have such a vision to be very creative on Mario Maker. I personnally always wanted to create my own kind of regular Mario levels and I´m pretty bad at creating "creative" situations for the player. Thus my stages lean more on traditional platforming.

I don´t mean though any of your stages were bad. All of them were well made. They were not just made for my style of play.

@AdamLikesNintend: Thank you so much! I played more of your levels this morning while having coffee. I'll play more later. I've really been enjoying the complexity of your levels.

@shredmeister: It is overwhelming. Unfortunately they force you to post anything related to the game here which effectively makes it an unmanageable mess for anyone who's not keeping up with it daily. I got on yesterday though and the few people who did respond to my post all shared some really cool courses with me. I didn't get near the responses I was hoping for but the quality of response was certainly higher than expected.

The clear rates for your courses are actually fairly high. I know it's frustrating that so many people skip your courses but it happens to every single one of us, especially those of us who create courses that require some amount of thinking, skill, and patience. It seems the only courses with really high completion rates are auto ones which I think are significantly marring the whole experience. You also have a huge number of stars for the number of courses so I'd say yours are getting viewed/played way more than most.

I'll definitely check out your courses, I appreciate any that had a lot of care and thought go into them that aren't auto or trolling. I put quite a bit into most of mine as well so I hope you'll check them out too. I just finally broke 50 stars so I'm not in a huge hurry to get my next medal but the stars have been a little slow for me so please consider giving me some if you like my courses! They're all very non-traditional so approach each one differently.

@Mustaviini: I appreciate that but I didn't think you were trashing my courses at all. To the contrary, you actually inspired me to get better at incorporating more traditional elements because I think I could come up with some really neat things that blend new ideas into Mario platforming just like you said. And playing through your courses lead me to realize that I actually really need to work on my ability to make more traditional courses. I honestly hadn't realized how hard that is for me. I'm following you now because I think I can learn a lot from you and I want friends to play some of your courses when they come over. I think you're very creative... your courses are more traditional Mario but no one would accuse Shigeru Miyamoto of lacking creativity! I'm very glad you were one of the few to respond to my post. You also helped me get my next medal so I can upload more now!

Played a few levels that were on this page.
@Darkcast: Rather liked your level. It's nice to play a basic Nintendo-like level every now and then and yours was... SMB World 6 worthy. Good stuff.
@AdamLikesNintend: Some of your levels are a bit too long for me but I really enjoyed Demolish the Buildings. That one was my favourite of your level batch.

Checked few more stages. I´ll repost my first 2 worlds here.

I made World 1 stages with lacking assets as i hadn´t unlocked everything yet. I plan to update them at some point so I hope to get some pointers on parts that need fixing.

That was really cool, Kinan. I hope more people catch you the next time. Lots of fun.

Cool thing is, I get to watch it again once you process it for your youtube channel.

Watching you play Planky Plains made me realize how few people actually realize to use Koopa shells as weapons to their advantage. Like with the Hammer Bros. Well played nonetheless.

Got a new level for everyone to try out. I'm quite happy with this creation after all the tinkering I did with it. ^^
I'll post this level again later on so it's not missed. If your having trouble with it, remember that shells aren't just for offense.

Has anybody noticed that when you are playing your own levels on coursebot, you can play them world at a time and arrange so that they would be a world. You get 3 lives and your coin count actually now matters as it gives you lives straight away. I really wish they would implement this system to online so that the creators could attach levels to a cohesive world and one larger entity.
