Topic: Mario Kart 8 - OT

I was hoping for the amiibos will use to increase the stats of the same amiibo character.

Either the list of Mii costumes is incomplete or Amiibo adds something else to Mario Kart 8. Recall that Yoshi is compatible but doesn't appear in the Mii costume list.

I wonder if the November 13th update will include something else, to make "everyone" upgrade? Currently, the update only seems mandatory for DLC and Amiibo users.

Interesting how the amiibo update will go live on the 13th even though the first batch won't be out for another week.

I have to say the LoZ course totally reminds me of the 'Sonic Lost World' free DLC.
The way they use Rubies instead of Coins -> Instead of Rings.
Or Easter Eggs like when touching the Master Sword. etc.

The 13th can't come soon enough!

I was expecting Link's voice work to be jarring but it's quite nice. I think some of it is new even. Can't wait to try the DLC out at a friend's house next week!

With these Amibo things, if I buy two can I use both on a two player game? e.g Me as Mario and my Grandson as Yoshi?

So instead of the usual 4 new tracks and 4 retro tracks there's five new tracks and three retro tracks in this pack.
