whats up? I had my wii u for about a year and did not play it...at all. The game selection is slim to none. I recently blew the dust of it when I saw a review for the shovel knight and Mario kart 8 and gave it some WIFI. (shovel knight is the best game I played in years by the way). Anyway, I see a forum mii community and a chat app but with no friends on the wii u all this stuff is kind of useless unless I drop in a random thread and draw a pic. Is there anything else I can do with the wii u online?
I would assume most apps are pretty self-explanatory. Netflix for watching movies, Youtube for watching videos, Browser for.. Browsing, éShop for buying content, Miiverse for conversations or updates on games by devs etc.. And then there's just normal online play within games supporting online play.
Well, you can play games online. Netflix and other streaming apps are there. The internet browser is better than Xbox One and PS4's, IMO. There's Miiverse integration, as you've already said. You can go on the Wii Street U app. You can download stuff off of the eShop.
That's pretty much it.
