We don't need the DKC trilogy, because they're SNES games, along with A Link to the Past, also GBA versions of SNES games have worse music, and worse graphics.

I don't think we need them either, and I don't think we need Super Mario Advance 2 but Super Mario Advance 2 is out on the Wii U VC in Japan along with the original SNES game.

But the GBA emulator actually works properly unlike all others on the Wii U (I cannot tell the difference unlike the others - Warioware was the test until 30 points it is not an issue, On the grid)

DKC3 has bonus content not in the SNES version. How people can be okay with the Super Mario Advance games and not those is beyond me.

I agree with this, while Super Mario Advance 1, 3, and 4 have plenty of new features but Super Mario Advance 2 has by far the least new content.
For Super Mario Advance 1 & 3, I'd argue that this statement is only correct when compared with the NES originals.
When compared with Super Mario All-Stars, Super Mario Advance 1 doesn't have any notable additions beyond the usual Mario Bros. Advance multiplayer component. They're just minor little alterations, just like what the Super Mario World port saw (Which for World, included making Luigi be a playable single player character, implementing Luigi's unique physics, turning the dragon coins into collectibles, the usual Super Mario Advance voice work for Mario, etc.).
And Super Mario Advance 4 is in a similar situation where the stock cartridge is concerned. The primary enhancements that could potentially appear for Super Mario Advance 4 likely won't even be included due to being E-Reader add-ons. Otherwise, what's here that differs from the Super Mario All-Stars remaster is extremely trivial or a necessary modification for the GBA hardware (The slightly lower audio quality, the cropped picture, etc.).
Only the six new levels added to Yoshi's Island really stand out as significant alterations (Edit: Improvements would've been a much better word.) compared to what was seen on the Super Nintendo.

Looks like by Christmas, we'll have 3 out of 4 Mario Advance games. Now we just need...Mario Advance 4. That's the one I want to play most but a poster before me just brought up the e-Reader levels, making me doubtful it'll ever come.

Is there any point in releasing Super Mario Advance 2 other than it exists? SNES Super Mario World is good enough and SMA2 doesn't have any significant differences other than the inclusion of Mario Bros.
It includes Charles Martinet until you're tired of hearing him but also the Dragon Coin collection challenge (so I hear they still make you enter some code just to be able to re-enter castles/fortress even though it's more likely you'd need to because of that.
And the ability to play Luigi in singleplayer, even though there's no advantage.
