I vote for Super Mario Sunshine, a game that is actually organized and enjoyable. Super Mario 3D Land is definitely enjoyable, but it is the most unorganized 3D Mario game. A title clearly rushed to make the 3DS sell more in its first holiday season out.

I'm suprised that 3d Land even has this many votes. It is the worst Mario game within the last 15 years imo.
Why be surprised, 3D Land has great levels, great graphics, and a lot of levels with a great street pass feature as well. I am surprised that sunshine has a lot of votes. :l
I'm surprised 3D Land was going to hold up this much as well. Definitely in my least favorite category of Mario Games. It felt like a step backwards for the series for a number of reasons that I won't get into unless someone wants me to.....

Just a heads up, after this one wraps up I might not update it until some days after Christmas, as I'll be busy.
I plan to have one more mashup before the new year, (and its a good one) so anticipate it!
Tie. Sunshine had tons of exploration, more creativity, an awesome plot, and fun "episodes" and 3D Land had better visuals, slightly better gameplay, and power-ups and tons of references to the past. If I had to choose one though I would really choose 3D Land because it's more fun to play.
