Ah back in the day shooting those space moles on the moon with the trusty super scope. Does anyone still have one? and if so do you use it? The bosses will always haunt me.

I honestly don't know what happened to mine. I wish i still had it. i want to try some Yoshi's Safari again. It's been years since I've played that. I wish they would have put it in the Wii VC

I loved my Super Scope but I must have sold it unfortunately. I have a copy of Battle Clash though which I would love to play play if I had a Super Scope and a CRT TV!

I never had the Super Scope, but my brother did. The aim didn't seem as reliable as the Zapper though for some reason, not that it was as bad as the Power Glove or anything, but after trying my brother's I had no interest in getting one.

I saw them but I never owned one. I always thought the design made it too bulky to play games with especially after playing shooters with the Zapper on the NES. I dont know will those work on HDTVs?

yep, i have one complete in box and ive also got a licensed Super Scope pouch / carry-bag (also boxed). Never use it tho, it is so unreliable as a controller that it spoils all the fun.

I have a complete Super Scope in box. I bought it last year off ebay. Since I've only owned it for a year, I can't say anything about how often I play it. But I did go through Yoshi's Safari (twice) and T2: The Arcade Game with it. Man, those games are awesome. T2 is so much easier with it too. I was able to beat the game without any cheats. That's the difference it makes.

Back in the mid '90s my friend had a Super Scope, and I borrowed it. It was tons of fun. Just a great little (correction: huge) item to mess around with in between Zelda and other games.

What is this licensed carry bag you speak of? Do you have a picture? I've never seen one before.

The scope wasn't the most accurate device but that's what made it fun I thought. Trying to hit your targets was luck/skill and made it a challenge. It's a pity it wont really work on modern tv's without the CRT. I could spend a whole afternoon killing space moles haha.

The Scope Pouch by Naki. They were quite expensive at the time and probably didnt sell in huge numbers.
On second sight: i dont think it is actually licensed, the box shows & mentions the SNES but there is no official license seal. It does look very neat though and is an excellent bag for the intended purpose. It's made from strong material and offers plenty of padded storage space for games & accessories

Do you have a picture?

Pretty sure Naki was not licensed by any console maker.

It's highly accurate. I could hit a gnat with that thing.

Thanks for posting those pictures. That's pretty cool.

I have one, unfortunately broken. Should open it and see if I could fix it.

The commercials back in the day always made the Super Scope look so cool, but I don't think I've actually used one. I've only ever seen them in person a handful of times, and I'm sure most of those occasions were in game shops.
