I used to make Lego sprites when I was a kid long before the AOL days of the internet for me. I used to pause games and looking carefully when possible, but only did simple sprites like those in SMB.
@WAM: My favorite is still the swimming Frog Suit Mario, was that custom or ripped from a game somewhere? Duck Hunt Dog comes second, but only because I'd want to pin him up and throw darts at him. If you manage to do any of the more complex ones JumpMad posted, that would be awesome. What do you end up doing with your finished ones, you should hang them up around your room and take pictures. =D
Damn! That's dedication! How do you like the Frog Mario!? I didn't have the right colors and it took me like 1 hour! Hehe you know, if you want to buy any of the sprites I'll give you the Frog Mario free ;D. I was inspired to make the Frog Suit Mario by this pic: It was that exact picture, but someone painted it and for some reason I can't find it! The original sprite was from SMB3, but the reason I hated mine so much is cause I didn't have the right colors, which leads to the ****ty shading it had! The thing with the Abyss Wolf Sprites are that either: When you make Sprites, you need a Pegboard. I have 6 boards, which for some sprites isn't enough. The other reason is that, I might not have the exact colors. It's a pain because that means I have to get them from my random mix of beads, and if I'm near done but I DON'T have that 1 color cough Frog Mario cough then it sucks!
