ok here it goes...
look at the bottom right side of the cart and how far the sticker is from the edge, also notice the cut-off snes logo on the bottom right. look at the konami logo as well. theres no sticker on the back, the numbers "sns-rz-usa" is the product number for rocky and bullwinkle for snes lol
this is a variant of "buster busts loose" by title. open it up, theres probably an e prom in there and more than likely some wires.
i still dont know why someone would repro this cart. but one thing i do know is that *youre reading the text of not only someone whos always correct, youre reading the text from one of the sexiest gamers youll ever come across.
problem solved, thread is over.
*read again if in doubt

As @ogo79 said, the SNS-RZ-USA is a prime giveaway that it's not a legit retail cart.
And yes, he is (usually) always right, and he is (almost) the sexiest gamer out there (not counting me) ;)

Yup, he's right. OP's cart is totally fake. Completely expected, but I'm sort of disappointed. You win some, you lose some. But hey, this was fun while it lasted!
100% it's a bootleg.
The SNES Tiny Toon Adventures game (Buster Busts Loose) like most of Konami's 16-bit games is actually pretty good.
But the pirates will literally bootleg anything! Even Sesame Street, I just saw on ebay.
