I've currently just started a Gameboy Collection. I am collecting GB and GBC games although I might start collecting GBA games later on. I currently have these games: Super Mario Land Super Mario Land 2 Metroid 2 Waverace F1 race Tennis Do any of you know where I can find GB and GBC games cheap, and have you got any particular recommendations as I do play the games in my collection as well. Thanks.
Thanks, actually I have played Ages and I was quite into it. That was years ago now, but I might just try to track down a copy. I was thinking about getting Kirbys dream land 2. Anyone know if its any good?
Pawn shops and certain used game shops should carry GB games for cheap. You might also want to look at eBay, flea markets, yard sales, Salvation Army, etc. Really, being a collector can be a very active hobby.
Pokémon if you don't totally hate them. I've played Kirby's Dream Land 2 and it was a really nice game. It has few animal friends and if I recall correctly you could also get abilities from enemies in this game which you couldn't do yet in Dream Land 1. It's easy like other Kirby games but it's still a very nice game. -> Get it.
pokemon rules, I got two copies of Yellow version and a now defunct pokemon Gold, which brings me to the point, if you find pokemon Gold Silver or Crystal, MAKE SURE THEY WORK, a lot of them have had the internal save battery die due to constant drain from the in game clock, the games will run, but saves will last only seconds to a few minutes after you turn off the system

This happened to me when I bought Pokemon Emerald online. I spent so many hours progressing, only to find everything gone when I returned to the game. Needless to say, I was friggin upset.
If you add me, I need to at least know you or I won't add you back.
-Super Mario Land -Super Mario Land 2 -Zelda Link's Awakening DX -Pokemon Red -Pokemon Blue -Pokemon Yellow -Pokemon Silver -Pokemon Pinball -Gameboy Camera
if you like Pokemon you should get Pokemon Pinball!!! it's awesome. dont get it if you hate pinball or awesomeness.
Why lie? I'm a Nintendo fanboy.
I prefer jumping on my enemies rather than shooting at them.

One of my friends gb 2nd gen pokemon games died, years later he found it working again, the battery must have gotten recharged a bit after not being used for a while.
As for emerald are you sure it's not just the clock because it's died on my ruby and sapphire versions but I can still play I just can't do clock events
