Topic: Fixes for N64 analouge stick?

I just got a N64, but the controller that came with it is loose, so you can't go at full speed when you are pressing the forward button. I know that there are many fixes for this on YouTube, but are there any easy methods which I can try that have been tried and tested?

Yup, it's as easy as buying one of these:

As far as I know, their is no way you can fix your controller for sure. If you happen to try it, make sure you don't mess up the screws and put them in the wrong place. My analog stick is funked up really bad and I can't open the controller since one of the screws is in the wrong place.

Other than buying a new one, youtube are about as easy a fix you are going to get.
